Help Identify this Hiliner

Robert Henry sent in this picture of his fathers boat, taken in the early 60’s.  Bob is looking for help identifying the model and finding plans.  If anyone can help, please send me a message.

    No plans but have this boat in 14ft model in fair condition that I would offer to you for restoration.
